I officially become a working stiff tomorrow.
You know, one of those jobs where you have to be up at the asscrack of dawn and and work till 4:30 or 5p.m.
I just hope I have Internet. Or I’ll die.

In my opinion, phone interviews are harder than face-to-face.
Yikes.

Some things to take note of:
- It’s rather ironic that the guy I danced with at Fuel on Friday night was Brazilian. I didn’t think I would ever find someone like that in Syracuse. He said that my Portuguese was impressive and I have a barely-there accent (even though I don’t really speak it to anyone face to face at all) and it made me happy. I love getting compliments on my Portuguese. Makes me feel good and that I haven’t completely lost the fluency I had 5 years ago.
- My dad’s birthday cake tonight was LOADED with candles. Very bright. Very warm. It made me laugh.
- A few new music obsessions: Karate High School, Patrick Wolf, The Alpine, Fleet Foxes, and Back Door Slam.
- If you have some time or are bored or curious or something, check out www.speakerphonemag.com. We just released the May 2008 issue. We have an interview with Shawn Harris of the Matches and a Q&A with Reel Big Fish. This summer is bound to be huge for us, so keep an eye on that.
Also, does anyone know where I can find other Syracuse Tumblrs?
